ファーム有賀では、信州・伊那谷の澄んだ空気と山からの水に育まれた田んぼで、今年もていねいな田植えがスタートしました。
最初に植えたのは、人気の3品種——
・コシヒカリ（長野県産）
ふっくらとした炊き上がりと、甘み・粘りのバランスが特徴。王道の美味しさで、毎日のごはんにぴったりです。
・ミルキークイーン
もちもち食感が魅力の品種。冷めても風味が落ちにくく、おにぎりやお弁当にも最適。
・風さやか
あっさりとした後味で、粒立ちがしっかり。和食との相性がよく、料理の味を引き立てます。
これらのお米は、秋の収穫後、**農家直送の「お米の定期便（サブスク）」**としてご家庭へお届けします。
収穫後は籾で貯蔵し、ご希望に応じて白米・玄米・分づき米に精米して発送いたします。

Rice Planting Season Has Begun – From the Fields of Ina Valley, Nagano
At Farm Ariga, we’ve officially kicked off the 2025 rice planting season in the clean mountain air of Ina Valley, Nagano.
Each seedling is carefully planted in water-fed paddies, beginning a new year of cultivating rice with care and dedication.
This season, we started with three popular varieties:
・Koshihikari (Nagano-grown)
A classic favorite with a perfect balance of sweetness and stickiness. Ideal for daily meals and loved by all ages.
・Milky Queen
Known for its chewy, glutinous texture. Great for rice balls and lunch boxes—tastes just as good cold as it does hot.
・Kazesayaka
A light, clean flavor with well-defined grains. Pairs beautifully with traditional Japanese dishes.
All three varieties will be delivered to our customers in autumn as part of our farm-direct rice subscription service.
Our rice is stored in unhulled form to preserve freshness and is polished just before shipping—choose from white rice, brown rice, or semi-polished options.
